Copyright notice
This notice covers the Ludora website and its PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Windows and macOS clients. Listing a work or providing a client does not grant rights to third-party games or files.
1. Content sources and service boundaries
Ludora provides client downloads, game information and tools for managing libraries, devices and storage connections. Catalog information, artwork and resource references may come from third-party sources; the applicable source and rights information should be checked for each item.
Access to third-party storage, links or files depends on the source provider and your permissions. Availability does not establish authorization, compatibility or safety. Ludora client packages and third-party works have separate rights and terms.
2. Copyright ownership and original-content licensing
Copyright in games, software, patches, artwork, screenshots and other third-party material belongs to the respective rights holders. Third-party names and trademarks identify the relevant products and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Unless a separate notice states otherwise, original articles, tutorials and reviews authored by Ludora are offered under Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–ShareAlike 4.0 (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). Give appropriate credit, link to the source and license, indicate changes, use the material noncommercially and share adaptations under the same license.
This license applies only to original content Ludora has the right to license. It does not cover third-party games, images, trademarks, client software or dependencies. Software and open-source components follow their own license notices.
Read the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license ↗3. Authorized use and support for creators
Only access, download, copy or share material you own or are authorized to use, within the applicable license and law. Describing a use as learning, research or noncommercial does not automatically provide permission.
Deleting a file within 24 hours does not replace permission or determine whether a use is lawful. Do not distribute unauthorized copies or use them commercially. Purchase authorized copies and support developers and publishers.
Account features, points and device entitlements concern Ludora services; they do not transfer copyright or grant a license to third-party games. This notice does not waive rights or responsibilities imposed by applicable law.
4. Copyright complaints and DMCA notices

We review notices and, where appropriate, remove or restrict the relevant content or links. We may request missing information or supporting evidence. The time required depends on the completeness and circumstances of the report; no fixed outcome or 24-hour removal deadline is promised.
